TUNAL GROUP × Florent Dervis01 / THE PROMOTION. THE SHARED PROJECT.
Tunal and Florent, building a legacy
The collaboration, through the fighter’s eyes.
Tunal has a particular place in Florent’s story: he says he created Tunal Group with Barış to help fighters build their careers and their legacy. He highlights the project’s vision, the team’s willingness to listen and its connections in international boxing. Among the opportunities that stand out, he recalls his fight at the Barclays Center in New York. With Tunal Group, he wants to keep progressing towards major events while helping other fighters find the means to build their own story.
HIS AMBITION
Pursue a WBA world title and a possible unification, inspiring others through committed performances and his journey.
At the start of the project
Florent says he started Tunal Group with Barış to help fighters build both a career and a legacy.
International opportunities
He associates Tunal with international connections and names New York’s Barclays Center among the strongest memories of his journey.
A shared vision
Florent values a team that listens and principles he shares, with a desire to help the project grow.
02 / BEHIND THE GLOVES
Change direction. Discover yourself.
Florent grew up near Privas in rural Ardèche. Football was part of his childhood; music and art also feed his curiosity. After an early career in gastronomy, meeting Barış opened a new chapter in boxing.
Based in Pattaya, he sees each training session as a way to leave his comfort zone. Personal and professional setbacks taught him, he says, gratitude and humility. He wants to show that a fresh start can become an ambitious project through work and perseverance.
03 / THE JOURNEY
Learning under pressure.
A 1.84 m southpaw, Florent dates his professional debut to March 2022, without an amateur background. He reports around 60 six-round exhibitions, separate from his official record. An ABF title and an appearance at Barclays Center stand out in his account. His style emphasises pressure and commitment.
