BUILT AROUND FIGHTERS.

Co-founder

Florent Dervis

Known in the ring as “The Tiger”, Florent combines his career as a fighter with his role as co-founder. He also shares his experience through private coaching at the Tunal Academy camps at ISS Boxing Gym in Thailand.

My role

Florent connects the group’s ambition with daily work in the gym. At ISS Boxing Gym, he provides the private coaching offered in the Tunal Academy camps, adapting the work to each participant’s experience and goals.

My vision

Pass on experience through practical work: help each boxer understand their training, improve and take the next step with clear goals.

Founder

Barış Erdoğan

Founder of Tunal Group in 2020, Barış brings the team together around a shared ambition: helping fighters develop and opening doors across borders.

My role

Barış sets the direction of the project and brings fighters, coaches and partners together. His role is to connect sporting development, promotion and events, so that each opportunity contributes to the wider Tunal Academy project.

My vision

Build an international team that stays close to its fighters, with opportunities that help careers grow over time.

Co-founder

Thomas Guillemette

A fighter and co-founder, Thomas brings his experience of international rings, including the United States, to the Tunal Academy project. A perspective shaped by the realities of a boxing career.

My role

Thomas helps build Tunal Academy with the perspective of an active fighter. His travels and bouts abroad feed the team’s thinking about preparation, career choices and the support an athlete needs, both inside and outside the ring.

My vision

Open doors and help people grow. Sporting ambition matters, but so do discipline, loyalty and the person a fighter becomes through the journey.

Tunal Academy France Manager

Killian « Griiim Reaper » Devarieux

From Marseille, with Guadeloupean roots, Griiim represents Tunal Academy in France. A fighter who has also worked as a coach, he brings both sides of that experience to his role, alongside his own international career.

My role

Griiim brings his experience as both a fighter and a coach to the French side of Tunal Academy. He knows the demands of starting a career and the importance of having people around you who understand your goals. His own journey informs that connection with fighters.

My vision

Aim for the highest level while proudly representing Marseille and Guadeloupe, and leave a positive mark beyond the ring.

Head of Media

Ilyes Bendella

Ilyes leads the media side of Tunal Academy: bringing the fighters’ stories and the life of the team to the screen. He also helped connect Griiim Reaper with the group.

My role

As Head of Media, Ilyes helps make the work of Tunal Academy and its fighters visible. Portraits, training, fight nights and behind-the-scenes moments all help audiences discover the people and the effort behind a performance.

My vision

Tell real stories over time, so a fighter is known for their journey and personality as well as their record.
