BIOGRAPHY

My name is Mohammed Nawef Chahlal Al Idrissi. I am a professional boxer, and behind every punch I throw, there’s a story.

Born on February 21, 2001, I stand 1.80m tall and fight in the Super Flyweight / Bantamweight division at 52.5 kg. In the ring, I’m known as “The Arabian Lion.” My fighting style is orthodox: right-handed, precise, Soviet, and explosive.

My Journey: Between Fights and Sacrifices

I grew up in France, in an environment where life wasn’t always kind. Like many others, I faced doubts, struggles, and doors slammed in my face whenever I dared to dream beyond what was “allowed.” It was thanks to my father—who pushed me to fight for what I wanted and believed in me when no one else did—that I discovered combat sports.

Boxing saved me. It taught me respect, discipline, and how to get back up after every fall. But before I was a boxer, I was a kid working in warehouses, waking up at dawn to help my family, and forced to fight without gloves long before I ever stepped into a ring.

I worked countless odd jobs, faced tough times, and made sacrifices to fund my training and travel. No sponsors. No privileges. Just sweat and mental strength.

Today, I’m undefeated with a 5-0-0 record, and every win sends a message to everyone who thinks they can’t make it.

My Encounter with Tunal Academy

I came across Tunal Academy at a time when I was looking for more than just a gym or a staff—I was looking for a real family of fighters, a place where you’re respected for who you are, not just for your record. At Tunal, I found genuine coaches, brothers-in-arms, and above all, people who understand that boxing isn’t just a sport—it’s therapy, a way of life.

I chose Tunal Academy because nothing is handed to you here—but you’re given the tools to take everything. Because here, you earn your respect with your sweat and defend it round after round.

My Goals and Dreams

I fight for my name, for my country Saudi Arabia, and for all the kids like me—born far from their homeland, but with the pride of their roots engraved in their hearts.

My dream is to enter the world’s top ranks, to fight on the biggest stages, to take those belts that are always saved for the same people, and to prove that an Arab kid raised in France can leave a mark on the history of boxing.

But more than that, my dream is to inspire. To show that you can come from nothing, be rejected, fall, rise again—and finish as a champion.
